A: All items are shipped from our workshop in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

A: Yes, we ship internationally using DHL International Priority Service, which offers secure and trackable shipping options.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: The majority of the items are in stock; however, if they are not, it takes up to 15 days for the handmade production unless it is stated on the product page differently. Domestic orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days. International shipping (DHL) may take 5–9 business days, depending on the location.
