3. Track Your Performance and Commissions
When a customer visits BHcrafts through your referral link, our affiliate system records the referral for up to 90 days. Therefor if the customer completes a qualifying purchase within 90 days, the sale is associated with your affiliate account.
Transparency is an important part of the BHcrafts Affiliate Program. Every affiliate partner has access to a personal Partner Dashboard where you can track your referrals, sales, and commissions in detail.
Your dashboard provides the following information:
• Referral Information
Your unique Referral Code, Referral Link, and ready-to-use HTML Code for sharing BHcrafts products on your website, blog, or other online channels.
• Overall Performance
See your Total Orders and Total Sales generated through your affiliate referrals.
• Current Month Performance
Track your Orders, Commissionable Sales, Commission Rate, and current month Commission Amount.
• Monthly Performance
Review your performance for each month, including Orders, Sales, Commissionable Sales, Commission Rate, and Commission Amount. This gives you a clear record of your affiliate activity over time.
• Referred Orders
See each individual order generated through your referral link, giving you a detailed view of the orders behind your sales and commission figures.
Your Partner Dashboard gives you direct access to the information you need to understand your affiliate performance and follow your commission balance. You do not have to rely on estimates or wait for a payment report to see how your referrals are performing.
You do not need to report every customer or order manually.
4. Receive Your Affiliate Commission
You earn a commission on every qualifying sale generated through your unique affiliate link or referral code.
We pay affiliate commissions directly to your PayPal account once a month, or when your accumulated realized commission reaches €500 before the regular monthly payment date. So, you do not need to wait until the end of the month if you have a successful campaign. We will process the payment once your commission balance reaches €500.
This gives our affiliate partners two payment options:
• Monthly payment. Your realized commission is paid once a month.
• €500 payment threshold. If your realized commission reaches €500 before the monthly payment, we will process the payment earlier.
Payments are made through PayPal, so please make sure the PayPal email address in your affiliate account is correct and active.
We are also continuing to improve the dashboard, so partners have clearer information about their performance and earnings.
5. How Much Can You Earn?
Your earning potential depends on the number and value of purchases generated by your audience. We also reward good performance with an additional percentage (10% up to 2,000 monthly sales and 12% above €2,000 monthly sales)
For example, imagine you recommend BHcrafts personalized Christmas stockings to an audience interested in meaningful Christmas gifts.
Option 1.
At the end of the month, if 10 customers each purchase products worth €100 through your referral link, the total referred sales are €1,000. You earn 10%, which is €100.
Option 2.
However, if 10 customers each purchase products worth €200 through your referral link, the total referred sales are €2,000. Your commission is 12%, which is €240.
The same principle applies whether you generate a few individual orders or build a larger seasonal campaign.
